Return (Unwanted Items)
You can return any unwanted item(s) (excluding custom, personalised or made to order, this includes shipping costs) for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery or collection. You must contact us and provide us with your online order number and address as proof of purchase.
For items purchased at events, pop-up shops and markets, you must provide a valid proof of purchase such as an email receipt or a text message receipt.
The products must be unused in brand new saleable condition with any tags, protective stickers and original packaging in place. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product arrives in same state the return was authorised. Buyer is responsible for costs of any products that are damaged when returning products back to us.
Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending any goods.
Return (Faulty Products)
You can return/exchange any faulty product(s) please notify us immediately on receipt of delivery providing evidence of this. We will provide confirmation and authorisation of return.
Buyers must return the item within 14 days of authorisation and are responsible for the cost and guarantee of delivery - please obtain proof of return delivery. In the event where we are at fault, we will cover shipping costs.
Shipping costs are only refundable if there is proof that goods have been damaged or faulty and have arrived back to us.
Replacements and Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
Refunds and replacements will only be issued once we have received the item and inspected its condition. Refunds and replacements will only be reviewed if buyer contacted us before returning.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items free of charge (FOC) if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, get in touch with us for exchange approval. If approved, you will be able to send your item back via the address provided upon approval.
Return Shipping
To return your product after receiving return authorisation, you should ship your product, in appropriate packaging to ensure the item does not get damaged during transit, to the provided address upon approval. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will be covered by postal insurance.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
